We're in the messaging business, not the software business.
Go4whatsup exists because every business deserves a WhatsApp channel that works — not a workaround stitched together from widgets and Zaps.
Go4whatsup is a product of Inwizards Software Technology — a software company registered in India (Inwizards Software Technology Pvt. Ltd., Indore) and the UAE (Inwizards Software Technology LLC, Dubai). Indian customers contract with the Pvt. Ltd. entity; UAE, GCC, and European customers contract with the LLC entity.
Go4whatsup started with a simple frustration: the team was spending eight hours a day in a spreadsheet, copying customer WhatsApp numbers into a CRM and reply templates back. We were the customer success team of a small retailer in Indore — and we were losing orders because we couldn't reply fast enough. The tools on the market were either a toy chat widget or a six-figure enterprise "platform" that needed a systems integrator.
So we built what we needed. A WhatsApp Business API platform that felt like WhatsApp, not like Salesforce — something a two-person support team could set up in a day and a marketing team could run campaigns on the same week. We became an official Meta Business Partner because that's the only way to do this properly: filing green ticks, approving templates, and keeping businesses compliant with Meta's policies.
What we believe
Transparency beats features. We tell you what Meta charges, what we charge, and where the value gets created. No "call for pricing" on things that should have a number.
Compliance is not a tax, it's the product. GDPR, DPDP, opt-in management, retention controls — these are the rails that let you sleep at night. We ship them as features, not as an Enterprise upsell.
Integrations should feel native. Your CRM, your e-commerce platform, your payment link — they're how customers actually buy from you. WhatsApp is only useful if it connects to all of them with zero duct tape.
Anuj Singh — Founder & CEO
Anuj Singh founded Go4whatsup in October 2023 after years of watching mid-sized businesses lose orders because their WhatsApp enquiries piled up in personal phones over the weekend. In under three years he's scaled it from an internal tool into a platform that 1,500+ businesses trust for compliant, high-volume conversations — from Mumbai fintechs to Dubai retail chains to European D2C brands.
Before Go4whatsup, Anuj spent years running Inwizards Software Technology — the tech company that still sits behind Go4whatsup today as its parent. At Inwizards, building custom CRMs, backend systems, and mobile apps for clients across India and the Gulf gave him a front-row seat to a shift that was happening quietly but everywhere: customers had moved to WhatsApp. Orders arrived there. Enquiries sat there. Entire relationships lived there. And on the other side, the businesses they were messaging were still juggling personal phones, missing weekend DMs, and treating the most-used conversation channel in the world like an afterthought.
The answer wasn't another integration bolted onto somebody else's platform. It was a platform built for the channel itself — one where businesses could reply fast, follow up well, stay compliant, and turn the instant, personal feel of WhatsApp into real loyalty and real revenue. Not just messaging software. Messaging as a business system. That's the line Go4whatsup was built on.
He writes about WhatsApp commerce, Meta platform policy changes, and the economics of conversation-led sales on the Go4whatsup blog. He's based in Dubai and travels regularly to the Indore HQ.
"Our customers don't want 'messaging software.' They want to send the right message to the right person at the right time, and they don't care how it happens. Every feature we ship has to pass that test." — Anuj Singh, Founder & CEO
Two years. Three continents. One promise.
Where we are
Go4whatsup runs from two offices: our headquarters in Indore, India (Floor 6, Airen Heights, A.B Road) and our regional office in Dubai, UAE (Jabel Ali Industrial Area First). Most of our customers are in these two markets — mid-sized Indian e-commerce, D2C, healthcare, and education businesses, and UAE retail and hospitality groups. We're growing across South Asia, the GCC, and Europe, one WhatsApp conversation at a time. Country landing pages live at /india/, /uae/, /saudi-arabia/, /germany/, /uk/, /france/, /spain/, /italy/, and /netherlands/.
What's next
We're hiring engineers, customer engineers, and growth roles across both offices. If you care about messaging, compliance, or integrations — or if you think customer support should feel like texting a friend — we'd love to talk. Write to [email protected].
Or become a customer.
Either way we'd love to hear from you.
