Refund Policy
No surprises — when refunds apply and how to ask.

Summary
We run a no-surprises refund policy. Start with our Free Plan Forever (AED 0), pay monthly or yearly on paid tiers, cancel any time. Refunds are available for prepaid subscription fees under specific conditions outlined below.
Free Plan Forever
New customers can use the Free Plan Forever (AED 0) indefinitely — 5,000 contacts, 1 chatbot with 3 levels, and Google Drive + iCloud integration on the WhatsApp Business API. No credit card is required. You will only be billed if you explicitly activate a paid plan. Meta's per-conversation WhatsApp Business API charges apply per Meta's published rates regardless of plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Go4whatsup subscription at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.
When refunds apply
- Prepaid annual plans: Refund on a pro-rata basis for the unused months, less any discount applied for annual payment, if you cancel within 30 days of activation.
- Service outage: If Go4whatsup platform availability falls below 95% in a calendar month due to our fault (excluding Meta outages), you are entitled to a credit equal to 5% of that month's subscription fee per percentage point below 99.9% uptime SLA, up to 50% of that month's fee.
- Duplicate billing: Immediate full refund.
When refunds don't apply
- Monthly subscription fees that have already been consumed (partial months are not refunded)
- WhatsApp conversation / template fees billed per Meta's rate card
- Custom implementation, training, or professional services fees once work has started
- Suspensions or terminations due to Acceptable Use Policy violations
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the invoice date
How to request
Email [email protected] from the billing contact on the account. Include:
- Company name and account email
- Invoice number(s) for which you are requesting a refund
- Reason for the request
Processing timeline
We confirm receipt within 1 business day. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days and should reflect in your original payment method within 10 working days (bank-dependent).
