What is Go4whatsup?
Go4whatsup is a WhatsApp Business platform built on the official WhatsApp Business API. It helps companies send marketing campaigns, automate conversations, manage customer support, and connect WhatsApp to their CRM — all from one dashboard.
What is the WhatsApp Business API, and do I need it?
The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official channel for medium and large businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale. You need it if you want to automate replies, run campaigns, use multiple agents, or integrate WhatsApp with other business systems.
How long does onboarding take?
Most businesses are live within 24–72 hours. We help you set up your WhatsApp Business Account, verify your phone number, and file your green-tick application.
Can you help us get the green tick (verified business)?
Yes. As an official Meta Business Partner, we file green-tick applications on your behalf and coordinate with Meta on verification documents. There's no extra fee on Growth plans.
How much does Go4whatsup cost?
Five tiers: Free Plan Forever (AED 0), Standard (AED 149/mo), Premium (AED 299/mo), PRO (AED 499/mo), and Enterprise (custom). Yearly billing saves 10%. Meta's per-conversation WhatsApp Business API charges are billed separately per Meta's published rates for your country.
Do you charge per agent or per seat?
No. All paid plans include 5 to 15 users per tier (add-ons available). You'll never be surprised by a per-seat charge as your team grows.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free Plan Forever (AED 0) is permanent — 5,000 contacts, 1 chatbot with 3 levels, and Google Drive + iCloud integration on the WhatsApp Business API, with no credit card required.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 10% off on every paid tier — Standard, Premium, PRO, and Enterprise.
Can I build a chatbot without coding?

Can I send bulk marketing campaigns?
Yes, provided you have opt-in from recipients and use approved marketing templates. Go4whatsup handles template approval, audience segmentation, scheduling, and delivery analytics.
Can multiple team members reply to the same number?
Yes. The shared inbox supports role-based access, ticket assignment (round-robin, skill-based, or manual), internal notes, @mentions, and canned replies.
Is Go4whatsup GDPR and DPDP compliant?
Yes. We comply with EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Consent management, data retention controls, and a signed Data Processing Agreement are included on paid plans.
Where is my data hosted?
We operate in AWS Asia-Pacific regions (Mumbai and Singapore) with UAE residency available on Enterprise. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Can I get a signed DPA?
Yes. All Growth and Enterprise customers receive our standard DPA on sign-up. Custom DPAs and sub-processor addendums available on Enterprise.
Does Go4whatsup integrate with my CRM?
Yes. Native two-way integrations with Zoho CRM, Odoo, Google Sheets, and Shopify. Full REST API and signed webhooks for any other CRM or custom system.
Does the Shopify integration support abandoned cart?
Yes. Out-of-the-box flows for abandoned cart recovery, order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications — all using Meta-approved utility templates.
Is there a public API?
Yes. Full REST API for sending messages, managing templates, webhooks with HMAC signatures, and OpenAPI docs. API access is included on Growth and above.
