🇸🇦 Vision 2030 aligned

Saudi Arabia's digital transformation programme targets 60% of government services delivered digitally and a thriving private-sector digital economy. WhatsApp — used by 95% of Saudi smartphone users — is the conversational layer for that shift. Go4whatsup plugs retail, real-estate, healthcare, education and government-adjacent teams into WhatsApp with the PDPL, SDAIA and ZATCA compliance posture Kingdom procurement demands.

WhatsApp CRM + AI, in one platform

Not a "chat tool" — a full CRM with AI automation on top

Sales, marketing and customer service teams across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the holy cities run their whole WhatsApp motion inside Go4whatsup: contact database, pipelines, campaign orchestration, AI auto-reply, team inbox, native integrations.

AI built for Arabic enterprise WhatsApp

  • AI auto-reply in Arabic — answers repeat questions instantly, trained on your product docs and FAQs (MSA + dialect tolerant).
  • Drafted replies for agents — team picks the best AI-suggested Arabic or English response in one click, cutting reply time ~60%.
  • AI campaign copy — generate opt-in template drafts localised for Saudi audiences (Ramadan, National Day, shopping festivals).
  • Language detection — platform auto-detects when a customer switches to Arabic and routes accordingly.
  • Sentiment + intent tagging — surface urgent or high-value Arabic chats to senior agents immediately.

A real CRM, not a bolt-on

  • Unified contact database — every WhatsApp chat, every phone number, every deal stage in one Arabic-aware place.
  • Pipelines & deals — move leads through custom stages with automation triggers. Salesforce-grade, WhatsApp-first.
  • Team inbox — assign chats, transfer between agents in Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam, SLA-track every conversation.
  • Segments & broadcasts — opt-in-compliant broadcasts to precise Saudi customer segments (city, tier, Hajj vs Umrah, language preference).
  • Native integrationsZoho CRM, Odoo, Shopify, Google Sheets, plus full API + webhooks for Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tadawul-listed internal systems.

Compliance Kingdom procurement will actually approve

We know Saudi enterprise procurement. Signed Data Processing Agreement on request. Industries we serve in the Kingdom

From Riyadh malls to Jeddah real-estate developers to Mecca hospitality

Every industry has a different WhatsApp motion. Here's how Go4whatsup fits yours.

Hajj, Umrah, Ramadan & National Day

Built for the Kingdom's seasonal traffic spikes

Saudi WhatsApp traffic doesn't flow evenly — it surges around Hajj, Umrah season, Ramadan promotions, Saudi National Day, and White Friday. Go4whatsup is architected for it.

Where most platforms fail during peaks

Rate limits, template-rejection delays, and slow support queues kill campaigns at the worst possible moment — the week before a Hajj package needs to sell out, or the first hour of a White Friday drop. Go4whatsup plans for it.

What we do differently:

  • Pre-approved high-volume templates — we get your Hajj/Umrah/Ramadan templates approved by Meta weeks ahead of the surge.
  • Hijri calendar scheduling — broadcasts scheduled by Hijri date and prayer-time-respecting send windows (no Fajr-time notifications).
  • Auto-scale messaging tier — we coordinate with Meta to raise your messaging tier (1K → 10K → 100K → Unlimited) ahead of the peak, not after throttling hits.
  • Ramadan-aware AI replies — AI understands Ramadan greetings, Eid context, and adjusts tone appropriately.
  • Dedicated seasonal Customer Success check-ins — we review your campaign readiness 30, 14, and 7 days before each major peak.
  • PRO-tier Hajj/Umrah scale — dedicated load capacity so your 10× traffic burst doesn't queue behind other customers.

Saudi FAQs

What Kingdom enterprise buyers ask us most

Is Go4whatsup PDPL compliant under SDAIA?
Yes. Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree M/19, 2021) is administered by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). We support every core PDPL obligation — lawful basis capture, consent management, opt-in template handling, data-subject rights (access, rectification, deletion), data retention controls, breach-notification procedures, and a signed Data Processing Agreement on request. Our DPA maps clause-by-clause to PDPL articles and NDMO data-classification guidelines. Review full compliance →
Do you bill in SAR, and can you issue ZATCA-compliant tax invoices?
Yes — enterprise customers with a Saudi CR and VAT number are invoiced in SAR with 15% VAT broken out separately per ZATCA (FATOORA) e-invoicing requirements. We store the 15-digit VAT registration number on file and issue monthly tax invoices in both Arabic and English. Standard and Premium plans default to AED billing (AED 1:1 ≈ SAR); switching to SAR invoicing is a setup-time config, zero price change.
Can you handle Hajj and Umrah traffic spikes without throttling?
Yes — we plan for it 30 days ahead. As a Meta Business Partner, we coordinate messaging-tier escalation (1K → 10K → 100K → Unlimited) with Meta before your peak, not after it throttles. PRO-tier customers get a dedicated Hajj/Umrah load-capacity reservation so your 10× burst doesn't queue behind other tenants. Hijri-calendar scheduling and prayer-time-respecting send windows are built in — no accidental 4:30 AM Fajr broadcasts.
Which Arabic dialects does the AI understand?
The AI handles Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) as the default and is tolerant of Najdi (Riyadh region), Hijazi (Mecca/Medina/Jeddah), and common mixed Arabic-English "Arabizi" input ("3alaik" for "عليك"). For AI-generated replies, default output is MSA — safe across every region. For agents who speak specific dialects, drafted replies can be edited in one click before send.
Where is our data stored? Can we request in-Kingdom data residency?
Default residency for Saudi customers is regional (GCC/EU), with regular backups. For enterprise customers with SDAIA data-classification requirements mandating in-Kingdom storage (e.g. NDMO "Restricted" or "Secret" classifications), we can provision a dedicated Saudi region via our infrastructure partner — included in the Enterprise tier. Book a demo to discuss classification level and residency needs.
Can you integrate with SAP, Oracle, or our internal ERP?
Yes. Native integrations exist for Zoho CRM, Odoo, Shopify and Google Sheets. For SAP (ERP or S/4HANA), Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal Tadawul-listed company systems, we expose a full REST API + webhook layer — every WhatsApp event (message received, template sent, opt-in captured, deal-stage moved) can push to your ERP in real time. Enterprise onboarding includes a named integration engineer for the first 30 days.
Do you support Tadawul-listed disclosure requirements?
Yes. For Tadawul-listed customers we provide: immutable audit logs of every message sent from the platform (who sent, when, to whom, approval chain), retention policies aligned to CMA record-keeping requirements, role-based access so only authorised investor-relations staff can broadcast to shareholder segments, and an exportable audit trail in PDF for CMA/SAMA inspections. Included in the Enterprise tier.
How fast can a Saudi enterprise go live?
Typical go-live is 3–7 business days once your Meta Business Manager is verified with Saudi CR documents. For Hajj / Ramadan / White Friday deadlines, we can expedite Green Tick (OBA) filing and Arabic template approvals. Our enterprise onboarding includes: Saudi CR + VAT verification, WABA setup, Display Name approval, 5 core Arabic templates pre-drafted and submitted, CRM/ERP integration wiring, Arabic inbox training, and a go-live checklist review.
