Customer Support Policy

1. Overview

This document outlines the monthly support-hour limits included across Go4whatsup's three subscription plans — Standard, Premium, and Pro — along with the additional support-hour add-ons available to customers who require support beyond their plan's included limit.

Support hours cover email, WhatsApp chat, voice call, and screen-share time with the Go4whatsup team. Onboarding calls, template review, integration walk-throughs, Meta Business Manager verification assistance, and Green Tick filing assistance are all included within the support-hour quota.

2. Plan-wise Support Limitations

The following support-hour limits apply per billing month per workspace. Hours reset every month and are included as part of the respective subscription plan at no extra cost.

3. Additional Support Add-on

Customers on any plan who exhaust their included support hours can purchase additional support hours as an add-on. The add-on provides 5 extra hours of support and is priced differently for India and international customers, as detailed below.

Note: Add-on support hours are valid for the same one-month billing cycle as the base plan and do not roll over to the next month. Add-ons can be purchased at any point within the billing month; unused add-on hours also do not carry forward.

5. Frequently asked questions

Do unused support hours roll over?

No. Support hours reset every billing month. Unused hours from the base plan or from add-on packs do not carry forward to the next month.

What counts as a "support hour"?

Time spent by Go4whatsup team members on customer-specific work: email replies, WhatsApp chat sessions, voice calls, screen-share sessions, template drafting, template review, integration walk-throughs, Meta Business Manager verification, and Green Tick filing assistance. Time is billed in 15-minute increments and rounded up.

What if I need urgent help outside my support hours and I have exhausted my add-on?

Contact [email protected] — we always attempt to help with production-down and template-approval-urgent tickets on a best-effort basis. If the ticket exceeds the remaining hours, we will confirm the add-on charge with you before continuing.

Are Enterprise customers on a different support model?

Yes. Enterprise plans include custom support-hour allocations and named account managers as agreed in the Master Services Agreement. This policy applies to the standard Standard, Premium, and Pro plans.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-month to get more support?

Yes. Upgrading mid-month prorates your billing, and the higher plan's support-hour quota takes effect immediately for the remainder of the month.
