What the $39 Standard plan includes

Standard is one flat monthly fee for the whole Zoho team. It includes the official WhatsApp Business API connection, a shared WhatsApp inbox inside Zoho with agent assignment and round-robin routing, two-way sync with Leads, Contacts, Deals and Accounts, message templates with Meta approval built in, broadcasts to Zoho lists and Zoho Campaigns segments, deal-stage triggers, and auto-translate across 100+ languages.

Coverage is not limited to Zoho CRM. The same subscription works across Zoho Desk, Books, SalesIQ and Campaigns, so support tickets, invoices and website chats can all use the one business number. Setup is an OAuth connection from Zoho Marketplace that takes about five minutes, and onboarding help is free on every paid plan.

The AI chatbot and AI agents are an add-on on Standard, priced by AI usage, and they are included in Pro and Enterprise. Pro and Enterprise are quoted for larger teams.

The Go4whatsup extension on Zoho Marketplace works with Zoho CRM Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, CRM Plus and Zoho One. Zoho’s own CRM licence is billed by Zoho; Go4whatsup’s fee is separate and does not depend on how many Zoho users you have.

Platform fee vs WhatsApp message charges

A Zoho WhatsApp bill has two parts. The first is the Go4whatsup platform fee: $39 a month on Standard, the same whether three people or thirty people answer chats. The second is WhatsApp message charges. Meta charges per delivered template message, by category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication) and by the customer’s country. Go4whatsup bills Meta’s per-message rate plus a platform margin, and the exact rate for every country is shown in the app’s rate card before you send.

Message charges are paid from a prepaid wallet that you top up inside Zoho, so there is no surprise invoice at the end of the month. From 1 October 2026 each WhatsApp number also gets 1,000 free Service messages a month, which covers most replies to customers who write in first.

Cost for a 10-rep Zoho team

With a per-seat WhatsApp tool, ten reps means ten licences, and the bill rises every time you hire. On Go4whatsup Standard the platform fee for ten reps is still $39 a month (AED 149 / Rs 1,499), because agents are not billed per seat. Message charges depend on how many template messages you send and to which countries.

What you do not pay for

Several costs that are common with other WhatsApp tools are not on a Go4whatsup bill. There is no per-seat fee on Standard, so the price stays the same when you hire. There is no setup fee: onboarding help, Meta Business Manager verification support and your first templates are part of every paid plan. There is no separate connector fee for each Zoho app, so Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, SalesIQ and Campaigns all run on the same subscription and the same business number.

The only usage-based cost is WhatsApp messages, and you control it: you choose which templates to send and to whom, you can see the per-message rate for each country before you send, and replies inside the free Service allowance cost nothing. Pro and Enterprise add the AI chatbot and are quoted for larger teams; book a demo for a quote.

Small Zoho teams can start on the Free Forever plan, which covers 2 agents with no credit card. It is the quickest way to connect your number, send your first approved template from a Zoho record and see chats land on the right Lead or Contact. When the team grows, move to Standard and keep the same number, templates and history.
