Go4whatsup installs from the Odoo App Store or as a zip into your addons folder, on-premise, Docker or Odoo.sh. Paste the API key from your Go4whatsup account in Settings, choose the events that should send a WhatsApp message, and map templates to Sales, Invoicing, Inventory, CRM, POS, MRP, Helpdesk, Project, eCommerce, Purchase and Subscriptions. Customer replies land in the chatter of the matching partner, order or invoice.
