How much commission do partners earn?
Commission depends on partner type and customer plan. Referral and solution partners earn a percentage of monthly recurring revenue, paid for as long as the customer is active. Reseller partners get wholesale pricing and set their own retail margin. We discuss exact terms on the partner onboarding call so we can match your business model — there's no one-size-fits-all rate.
Do you require minimum referral volume?
No minimums to join the Referral or Solution programs. Reseller partnerships have a small minimum activity requirement after the first 90 days, mostly to ensure mutual investment. The lighter the model, the lower the bar.
How is the referral tracked? What if my customer mentions my name on the demo call?
You get a unique referral link with UTM parameters that gets attributed automatically. If your customer comes through the front door without the link but mentions your name, the deal is still credited to you — we manually attribute. Either way works.
Can I refer customers in markets you don't have a country page for yet?
Yes. We serve India, all GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain), Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands), and Sri Lanka. For markets outside this list, we evaluate case-by-case. Africa, South-East Asia, and LatAm are open for reseller-model partnerships specifically.

Most partners refer their first prospect within 2 weeks of joining. Sales cycles average 3-6 weeks. So your first commission payment typically lands in month 2 of the partnership. Payments are monthly, in arrears, by bank transfer or Stripe.
