How the WhatsApp flow works

- The delivery team completes a custom delivery form, which updates Odoo automatically.

Odoo Sales and Invoicing with the Odoo product list, plus a custom Odoo delivery form. The project runs on the Go4whatsup WhatsApp Odoo Connector, which works with Odoo 15–20, Community and Enterprise, on the official WhatsApp Business API.
