How the WhatsApp flow works
- Each branch’s parent and student contacts come from Odoo Enterprise.
- Fee reminders and invoices are sent to individual parents on WhatsApp.

- Parents can reply on WhatsApp.
Which Odoo apps are connected?
Odoo Enterprise, including Invoicing for fees and invoices, and contacts for each branch. The project runs on the Go4whatsup WhatsApp Odoo Connector, which works with Odoo 15–20, Community and Enterprise, on the official WhatsApp Business API.
Results
Parents across all branches get fees, invoices and school news on WhatsApp, and the school can reach one family or every family from the same place.
