What's NOT in the sticker
Per-agent seat fees above the tier cap
Growth caps at 5 agents. Every agent beyond 5 costs ~$10/month. A team of 10 = $59 base + $50 extra = $109/month, before any Meta fees.
AI features on lower tiers
WATI includes monthly AI credits on every plan (Growth 250, Pro 500, Business 1,500), with more credits available as a paid add-on. Astra AI agents are a separate Wati product with separate pricing. Compare: Go4whatsup's AI chatbot (auto-replies and AI-drafted replies for agents) is an add-on on Standard, priced by AI usage, and included in Pro and Enterprise.
Meta per-conversation fees (this is Meta's, not WATI's)

Business ($299): Team of 10+ with dedicated support needs. Comparable to Go4whatsup Premium (which is quoted, but typically much less).
Enterprise: Custom quote — comparable to Gupshup or Go4whatsup Enterprise.
Is WATI worth it vs the cheaper alternative?
