Why does the app show "Go4bizz CRM" instead of "Go4whatsup"?

Apple App Store and Google Play Store have a policy: third-party apps cannot use "WhatsApp" or close-sounding variants in their name. This is enforced by Meta's trademark guidelines. Like other WhatsApp Business API platforms (Wati, AiSensy, Interakt), we ship the mobile app under a different brand name — in our case, "Go4bizz CRM" — to comply with the stores' rules. The product, team, and platform are the same.

Do I need a separate Go4bizz account?

No. Sign in with your existing Go4whatsup credentials. The app authenticates against the same backend at app.go4whatsup.com. Your team, your contacts, your templates, your campaigns — all the same.

Is the mobile app free?

The app itself is free to install. To use it you need an active Go4whatsup paid plan (or the Free Plan Forever tier on web). Pricing details are at app.go4whatsup.com/pricing.

Which features are mobile-only vs web-only?

The mobile app focuses on conversation/inbox use cases — replying, sending templates, quick broadcasts, push notifications. The web version at app.go4whatsup.com adds heavy admin features: bulk campaign builder, flow / chatbot designer, full reporting, integration setup, billing. Most agents do daily work on mobile and admins use the web for setup.

Will the app's name ever change to "Go4whatsup"?

Probably not, due to platform policy. The app stores actively block names containing "WhatsApp" or close variants. We use "Go4bizz CRM" as a permanent workaround — same as every other major WhatsApp Business platform.

Is my data secure on the mobile app?

Yes. The app uses the same authentication, encryption, and data perimeter as the web version. GDPR, DPDPA, and PDPL compliant. Full security details on our Trust Center.
