Cancellation and Refund Policy – Go4Whatsup
We strive to provide you with reliable and seamless communication solutions. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:
1. Recurring Subscription & Auto-Renewal
- All Go4Whatsup subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, as services are immediately activated for the next billing cycle.
- Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- No Refund After Renewal – Once a renewal payment for your Go4WhatsUp subscription has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of whether you use the service during the renewed subscription period.
- Cancellation Responsibility – No refund will be issued if the cancellation was not initiated from the client’s end prior to the renewal date and no support ticket for cancellation was raised beforehand. Cancellation can be done at any time before renewal, either through the subscription management section on the Go4WhatsUp platform or by disabling subscription renewal directly via your chosen payment gateway.
2. No Refund for Number Blocked by Meta
We cannot process refunds if your WhatsApp Business number is blocked by Meta, as account blocks are managed solely by Meta. Please follow Meta’s guidelines carefully to minimize such risks.
3. No Refund for Subscription Cancellation Mid-Term
If you cancel your subscription during an active term, you will retain access to the service until the end of the billing period, but no prorated or partial refunds will be issued.
4. No Refund for Technical Issues Originating from Meta
Disruptions caused by Meta’s systems (server downtime, API changes, etc.) are beyond our control, and refunds will not be provided for such cases.
5. Refunds for Issues Directly Caused by Go4Whatsup
We will consider refunds only if:
- A promised feature listed in your subscription plan is not delivered.
- There is a prolonged service disruption due to Go4Whatsup’s own technical issues.
- Errors occur during account setup or onboarding caused by Go4Whatsup’s processes.
Refund requests for these cases will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
