Data Deletion Request
If you want to delete your data associated with Go4whatsup, please email us at [email protected] with your registered details. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Delete Your Go4Bizz Account
If you no longer wish to use Go4Bizz, you can delete your account directly from the app. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
To Delete Your Account on Android
Open the Go4Bizz mobile application.
From the dashboard screen, tap the Menu icon > Delete Account.
Tap the DELETE button.
Confirm your choice on the alert pop-up.
To Delete Your Account on iOS
Open the Go4Bizz mobile application.
From the dashboard screen, go to Settings > Delete My Account.
Tap the DELETE button.
Confirm your choice on the alert pop-up.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your account will be permanently deleted from the Go4Bizz mobile application.
Your message history will be erased from your device.
Your Google Drive backup will be deleted.
Important Notes
Once deleted, you cannot regain access to your account.
It may take up to 90 days from the start of the deletion process to fully delete your information from Go4Bizz systems.
Deleting your account does not remove information related to groups you created or messages that other users still have copies of.
We may retain specific information for legal, policy, or harm-prevention purposes.
Information you shared with other Go4Bizz users will also be deleted.
